- The medium temperature does not exceed +40°C
- The pH of the medium ids between 6.5-8.5 
- Solid Impurities in medium: volume ration not exceeding 0.1% particle size not greater than 0.2mm
- Voltage Fluctuation Range: 10% of rated value
