Product Overview

The DeWalt DCG200NT wall chaser is engineered for creating precise wall channels required for electrical conduit, plumbing lines, and cable routing. Its high-efficiency brushless motor provides the cutting power necessary to groove solid concrete and masonry while maintaining the convenience and mobility of cordless operation through the 54V XR FLEXVOLT battery platform.

The cutting system allows a maximum cutting depth of 32 mm and an adjustable groove width from 8 mm to 35 mm, making it suitable for a variety of installation requirements. A tool-free blade height adjustment system allows quick setup and includes a park position for safer handling when the tool is not in use.

For dust management, the wall chaser features a built-in dust extraction port that connects directly to compatible dust extractors or the DeWalt AirLock system. With Wireless Tool Control (WTC), the tool can automatically activate compatible dust extractors such as the DCV586M, improving jobsite dust control and workflow efficiency.

Durability and operator safety are enhanced with an electronic clutch designed to reduce kickback risk, a mesh air intake cover to prevent dust entering the motor, and a rubber overmould grip for improved handling during extended use.
