New smoother action ratchet thimble
A Mitutoyo non-digital micrometer with a combined ratchet thimble/speeder to guarantee repeatable measurement. The highly stable frame incorporates a heat shield to preserve accuracy over extended measuring sessions. High resolution provided by a vernier scale on sleeve.
- Ratchet function works both from the thimble and the speeder, allowing easy one-handed operation.
- Clearly audible ratchet operation for reassurance that measurement is being
performed at constant, preset force. - Provided with a Certificate of Inspection.
